Dear Sir/madam
As per Section 44AD, Gross sales turnover includes Sales incentives also? if yes then the 8per cent calculation has to be done including sales incentives?

Normally sales incentives are included in turnover. And as such they will included in turnover.

Yes, 8% margin should be over turnover inclusive of sales incentives..
