kindly let me know whether we can use Section 44AD for Manufacturing unit under audit ?

44AD is applicable to all business, manufacture or trading, provided the turnover does not exceed Rs.60 Lacs. U r sales turnover is probably above 60 lacs, hence u r unit is subject to audit, in that case u cannot apply prov of 44AD.
