IN SECTION 44AD DETAILS OF SUNDRY DEBTORS CASH BALANCE STOCKIN TRADE GROSS PROFIT EXPENSES SUNDRY CREDITORS ARE ASKED IN ITR WHEREAS 44AD IS FOR NON ACCOUNTS CASE, IF NOT PROVIDED ITR CPC ASKING DETAILS.

However in non maintenance of books we have to fill the item mentioned by you but if you fill only cash balance no letter will be received from CPC
