IN SECTION 44AD WHICH KIND OF BUISNESS INCLUDE IN THIS SECTION
26 August 2013
The provisions of section 44AD shall not apply to
1) a person carrying on any profession referred to in section 44AA
2) a person earning income in the nature of commission or brokerage
3) a person carrying on any agency business
4) business of plying,hiring or leasing goods carriage referred to section 44AE.
For the above cases section 44AD doesn't applicable. I.e except the above for all types of businesses section 44AD applicable.
