Dear Expert,
Suppose total sale is Rs. 10 lacs and vat charged thereon is Rs. 50000/- Grand total is 10.5 lacs and for the purpose of Section 44AD, what would be turnover to calculate @8% -
1. Rs. 10 lac.
2. Rs. 10.5 lac
Please advise me.
