16 December 2010 Is section 43B is applicable in case if it is capitalised Eg.Interest not paid capitalised to Fixed assets.

Please help me its urgent and if you have any case law then please provide.

16 December 2010 Section 43B Says That Such Expenses Allowable Only If Paid.

so Here UR Not Taking it as Expense & Capitalizing it.
Hence 43B is Not Applicable.
