In partnership firm one partner's husband doing job in firm, plz let me know weather salary given to partner's husband will be disallowed or not, u/s 40A(2)(B)

15 October 2015 You will have to see whether you can decide whether such sums paid are not in tune to the qualification and expertise of the payee. If you cannot decide on it dont disallow.
