Where Section 314(1B) of the Companies Act, 1956 says that for public notice for CG approval is required. The following documents required for application to CG in e Form-24B:

1.Copy of Board Resolution relating to proposed appointment.
2.Copy of rules of the company relating to the terms and conditions in regards to perquisites as applicable.
3. an undertaking from the appointee that he will not hold any place of profit in any other company.
4.copy of the minutes of the Selection Committee
5. Shareholding Pattern of the Company.
6. Particulars of the employee in receipt of remuneration of Rs. 50,000 or more p.m.
