The order is passed by the Director of Income Tax (CIB) U/s 271FA with regard to annual information return. May I know, to which body the appeal can be filed against such a order?

As per section 246A & 253 order u/s 271FA is not an appealable order.

so can Writ peition be filed against it in High Court?

Writ and O.P may be moved challenging to protect the constitutional right.
