2. Can i file IT Return after 31.03.2008
My Brief is as under
My Gross total Income for the Ass Year 2007-2008 was 125000/- and deduction u/s 80c is Rs. 30000/- after it Net Taxable Income is Rs. 90000/-.

01 April 2008
for assessment year 07-08 u can file return up to 31-3-09 under section 139(4). but after 31-3-08 sec 271F is applicable on u. this is on discretion of AO
