Dear Sir - we hold a company which is registered under section 25 and want to know whether the PAN for the same would be listed under Company category or Trust category.

but sir if we apply PAN under Company category then will be still be able to enjoy status or perquisites under section 25 company

I think Sec 25 Company will be registered as a trust....need to look at the trust provisions
