whether sec.234E is applicable to indl assessee.if I paid deducted TDS on sale of property exceeding 50 lakh.

No, Sir, it is not applicable,Challan and Statement 26QB, which you have to file within seven days of deduction of tax online through Tin-NSDL, serves the purpose of challan and statement. Please see Rule 31A(4A) and 194IA(3)
