4. WEATHER PURCHASER ARE LIABLE TO DEDUCT
1% TDS WHILE INDIVIDUALY THERE SHARE IS FOR LESS THEN 50 LAC IN AMOUNT, HOWEVER THERE IS ONE SALE DEED.

yes You need to deduct TDS , No matter how many co-purchaser available.
