please tell me in case of STALL FABRICATION for pharma. CONFERENCES which sec. is applicable for 194j Or 194c ?

THE EVENT MGT. CO. IS SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOT SPECIFIED IN SEC. 194J.

194J is applicable in case of Professional/technical services and royalty. Event management is not a professional nor rechnical service. As professional service require a particualar professional qualification. It is also not technical service.
So it will come under section 194C.
