28 December 2009 please tell me in case of STALL FABRICATION for pharma. CONFERENCES which sec. is applicable for 194j Or 194c ?
please tell me with reason if possible.
further info.:
STALL FABRICATION IS DONE BY EVENT MGT. CO. & THEY PROVIDE THIS AS PACKAGE INVOLVING EXP. LIKE PUR. OF MATERIALS,RENT OF LCD,ETC.
THE EVENT MGT. CO. IS SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOT SPECIFIED IN SEC. 194J.
