08 January 2020 Is their any prescribed form for application by registered trademark owner ? If not what is RD-1 Form is for ? Also what is government fees for such representation. Can it be done online.

11 January 2020 Form RD-1 is to be filed by the Company for change of name of the Company within 6 months of the date on which RD has issued directions to change its name.
Such application by a registered trademark owner shall be made in similar manner as any legal application addressing jurisdictional RD along with documentary proof of trademark.
