IS SECTION 156 OF COMPANIES ACT, 2013 IS APPLICABLE TO COMPANIES REGISTERED UNDER SECTION 8 OF COMPANIES ACT, 2013?

Yes..it is applicable to section 8 company also.
Because the word 'Company' is mention in the section and 'Section 8' company is also a Company as per definition given in Companies Act 2013.
