Section 156

According to section 156 we have to pay the said amount in 30 days to department. But if the demand raised by department is not valid i.e, according to provisions there is no need to pay the said amount but the department had raised the notice. Then What to do. What are all the procedures to be followed.

you need to appeal against the order but first need to pay them in time of 30 days,
