pls tell me its urgent.......
dat clb order is file within 30 days in case of charges...
but if CLB order is not file in form-21 with in time limit than how can we file it.
as we already try to submit the form-21.....

Apply to CLB for condonation of delay in filing its order. Obtain their approval and now file the order.
