16 July 2015 Plzzzzz reply me fast...

I have filed an incometax return of a small company for the A.Y.2014-15. Its commercial business has not yet started. So, in Genius i left the p&l empty and in balancesheet i have only share capital and preliminary exp.
I have received notice with error code 3: Part of the P&L or B/S has not been filled.
So, how to reply to that notice??

16 July 2015 You have to prepare entire ITR again.
By logging into the incometax website from PAN of company you can response to that notice on clicking E-file and then e-File in response to Notice u/s 139(9).
You need to submit the new prepared ITR there.
