i purchase Second Hand truck from individual or Transport Company ( Registered and unregistered In GST) , Please tell me that RCM is applicable for me .

If the transaction occurred after 13.11.17, then RCM is not applicable.
However if it occurred before 13.11.17 and the seller was unregistered, then under RCM buyer was required to pay GST.
In case seller was registered under GST, then RCM is not applicable.
However if it occurred before 13.11.17 and the seller was unregistered, then under RCM buyer was required to pay GST.
In case seller was registered under GST, then RCM is not applicable.

we paid already tax on it then why we again tax ?
