Sir,
When i was reading the bare act regarding leave encashment , the calculation of salary is given under the explaination of sec10(10) which refers to schedule iv partA rule 2(h), it doesn't mention the commission to be included in the salary.
But when we practice commission is included in salary which is fixed percentage of turnover.
My question is that where is written regarding the commission to be included in salary while computing leave encashment.

If leave encasement after retirement is exempted u/s 10(10) commission is fully taxable and even after retirement it is not exempted
