whether following expenditure are allowable under sec 37.
1)tea, coffee, sweet to employee in factory
2)medical exp paid to worker in cash
3)labour tiffin in cash.
4) winter cloth to labour
please reply under which sec this are allowable

All are staff welfare expenses and wholly for the business of the assessee and hence allowed u/s 37.
