18 August 2010 Sir,

Please tell me that in Sec.305 of Companies Act, at the time of incorporation whether all the First Directors are required to inform as per the Act to other Companies in which they are interested?
Also please advice whether it is applicable yearly or as and when changes required?

19 August 2010 Yes at any time if director is appointed or resign he needs to inform to other Company.

Disclosure is not yearly it is event based.

Director has to inform the other Company within 20 days from the date of event i.e. appointment or resignation
