31 August 2010 Dear Sir/Madam,
Plz clarify the period of contact u/s 297 (initial period). Can it be for just 3 yrs or more than that ? I doubt this period because i had taken an approval for this but the period of contract was 4 yrs and the C.G aprroval was granted.

01 September 2010 Even if your contract is for a longer period, the RD may give approval for a shorter duration. Genrally, approvals are given for 3 years.
