05 December 2010 int. shall be applicable on assessee in default @ 1% per month and part of month shall be taken as full month. Here month whether shall be taken as month of 30 days or calendar month. for instance from 04 Nov. 2010 to 03 Dec. 2010 whether shall be taken as one month or two month.
