May i know whether calculation is mandatory for sec115ja/jb for a small size pvt co .

B'cause our auditor has never worked on this sec while finalising our accounts.

10 June 2012 Yes, MAT provisions are applicable to small size p co. There may be other mistakes also. So, you need to be careful.....
And you should appoint another knowledgeable auditor.
