i am very confused abt which sebi guidelines to do and exact which part of that is to do. plz, help me.urgently.FINAL

SEBI guidelines are the same eveywhere so if ur talking from the point of view of exams, do as is mentioned in the module which is quite comprehensive and is in an understandable language, however u need to read the amendments as and when changed from the notifications and or refer to the sebi site. Recent amendments to the Depositors and Investor protection guidelines are also the read.
If u want the act in detail and all the provisons in quite a detail then refer to a special book on sebi guidelines issued or there is a monthly magazine, which contains all the details for each and every section and the detailed guidelines including the recent amendments.
