07 October 2011 Can any one tell me, Is there any amendment in SEBI clause 35 in 2011? if yes then what is that kindly tell me in detail..asap

07 October 2011 As per my information there is no change in the Year 2011

Kindly note the last change was applicable from Q.E. Dec. 2010.

after that no change.

07 October 2011 As per circular dated 05.10.2011, sebi has amended many clauses. Kindly refer https://www.sebi.gov.in/cms/sebi_data/attachdocs/1317789892270.pdf. for detailed info.

08 October 2011 Dear friend please read the circular again and you will find the there are no ammendment in clause 35 at present.

And you will also find the the

Insertion of Clause 35A - Disclosure of voting results by listed entities
In order to ensure wider dissemination of information regarding voting results,
listed entities shall disclose their voting results in the prescribed format, to the
exchanges and also place the same on their websites, within 48 hours from the
conclusion of the concerned shareholders’ meeting. To begin with, this
requirement shall be applicable to top 500 listed entities based on market
capitalization computed as on the date of this circular

Almost every company is out of the scope from now.

And you will be glad to know that

this clause will be applicable only on or after 01/01/2012
