02 May 2008 please let me know about the search report. how do i get from online in case of a company

05 May 2008 IN www.mca.gov.in website you may search any document of any co. and pay fees online and download the same under "access public documents" section.
The co. name and ROC regn. no. can also be obtained from same website.
there is no separate search report now a days which was earlier POSSIBLE WHEN one can go to ROC office and verify manual files and note contents and manuaally prepare a search report -normally by practicing co. secretaries.
WHEREVER ROC OFFICES HAVE NOT YET ENTERED DATA ONLINE YET, FOR SOME OF THE OLD OR EARLIER YEARS DATA,THEN IN THAT CASE , ONE MAY STILL GO TO ROC OFFICE AND ASK FOR RESPECTIVE MANUAL FILES AND CAN NOTE DOWN DETAILS AND MAKE A SEARCH REPORT.
IF YOU NEED SEARCH REPORT FOR VERY OLD PERIOD, THEN PARTLY ONLINE DATA AND PARTLY COLLECTION OF MANUAL DATA FROM ROC WILL HELP.
LAST 3 YEARS OR 4 YEARS DATA I BELIEVE IS ALREADY AVAILBLE ON LINE IN MCA WEBSITE .
