can anyone give me the Format of Search Report to be given to Bank by PCS.

There is no specific format. But it should include the following details:
1) Charge ID
2) Date of Charge creation
3) Date of Charge Modifications if any
4) Charge Particulars i.e. assets covered, type of charge i.e. first charge
5) Amount secured with modification details
6) In whose favour charge created
7) Any re-payment terms provided in charge creation document
