Please help me on Query related to search and seizure
One of my client face the search and seizure process and on behalf of client we flied the revised return for last 6 year with 12% addition made by us as undisclosed income.
Now we got order from income tax department they have added additional 2% as undisclosed income.
My query is
1 Is there any case law to get the relief from 2% additional addition
If any further clarification needs please ask me and provide me solution with case law
