Can anybody tell... what is the Scrutiny selection criteria for A.Y. 2011-12 for Non Corporate Assessee also having agriculture income..?

I want to know this criteria in the context of Limit of Agriculture Income qualifying for scrutiny selection.

05 May 2011 from the a/y 12-13 below Rs. 5.00 to 10.00 Lakhs income earned persons are not in the view of it people.

the scrutiny norms are"
if capital is increased up to 10.00 Lakhs
if un secured loans are increased

but actually only agricultural income is not in the scrutiny list

if the agricultural income is more than normal income then it goes for scrutiny selection
