30 September 2012 sir my aunt got property trasfered from husband 1990.
in 2008 entered in joint-venture aggrement for commercial building. received goodwill 30 lac whether is taxable.
in the year 2011 developer sold his part of building on joint-venture 1.5cr. now our case selected for the scrutiny. asking us pay the LTCG of Rs. 25lac pl help us...
