Please let me know what is the criteria of selecting the file for scrutiny cases for the current year in Kolkata. (both for corporates and non corporates)

for corporates guidelines were made public a long time before. for non coporate guidelines were issued for AY 2008-09. If you need same can be sent. give yr. mail address if it is required
