AO has opened scrutiny of the person to whom I had given Loan in AY 2008-09 & due to such scrutiny that person is asking some personal details such as:-
1) PAN Card copy
2) Bank passbook for verifying that entry
3) ITR of that year
4) Loan Confirmation
I am confused whether to submit such details or not?? Please help...

after you submit these paper, AO will definately call you also for verbal verification but if your loan transaction is genuine than, you will have to face these things.
