scope for CS in environmental law

03 January 2011 Hi,
Iam doing my Company secretaries course and am quite interested in environmental law and want to know wats the scope for a Company Secretary in the field of environmental law? Can a CS specialise in this area? I would also like to know if anyone can guide me as to wat other courses i need to do for specialising in environmental law and which organisations i can work for. I would be really grateful if anyone can let me know.

Its nice to know that you are interested in environmental law. As i have completed LLB i think its very fast developing area in law field.As per my opinion i do not think that there is any corelation between CS and Environmental law. So i think if you really want to make career in this field you can go for LLB where you will learn this subject as part of your studies and after completion of this i think there must be some colleges offering specialization in this subject. If you are at initial level then i think you can opt for BSC Environment also this will help you a lot. If you need any more clarification you may contact me at agrawal121@yahoo.co.in
