Whether school tuition fees which is borne by employer be exempt in the hands of employee if FBT is paid on the same by the employer under Employee Welfare - clause (E) of sub-section (2) of section 115WB,

No. For any deduction claimed you have to pay for the same and that to from the income for the year from which the deduction is claimed.
NSC matured and reinvested ( assumed the trail is proved ) .. can you claim U/s 80C?
