01 September 2008 Hi

I don't have idea that where Schdule VI to companies act 1956 will be available to know about the format profit and loss account and balance sheet. So, can you help in this regard i.e can you give any reference such as website link etc.. to search the same or can you send some sample format for profit and loss account and balance sheet.

02 September 2008 u van find the format from mca.gov.in of b/s & p&l a/c given in sch VI.

02 September 2008 u can find it in bare act of companies act 1956

03 September 2008 if u need only sample format with figures, u can see the same without payment of the any fee from BSE/NSE website in the option of corporate filings. However with payment of Rs.50/- u can have it from www.mca.gov.in, the official web site of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
