What is the difference among the following terms?
1.Transfer of title in goods
2.Transfer of right in the goods with out transfer of title
3.Transfer of property in the goods.

Sir as per schedule II Transfer of title in goods means sale of goods , Transfer of Right in goods without transfer of title means when you give some thing on rent e.g cranes and third case as per schedule II (c) deals with case of hire purchase when the transfer takes place later date.
