whether disclosure of EPS is obligatory in the Revised Schedule VI for the Private Limited Companies.

EPS disclsoures are governed by Accounting STandards and not by Schedule VI.
If it is not applicable to an entity under AS 20, then it is not compulsory for an entity under revised schedule VI.
If it is not applicable to an entity under AS 20, then it is not compulsory for an entity under revised schedule VI.
