Dear Sirs & Friends,
Can one claim premium paid on Life Insurance of Son in his return own return. Policy paid by client on behalf of his son who is outside India. My question is whether he can claim this premium U/s 80C in his own return. Please help.

Premium paid on Life Insurance in the case of an individual, for himself, spouse or any child is eligible in 80C.
