i am bit confused about which ERP package will be appropriate between SAP & Oracle app.
i also want to know prospect of SAP or Oracle app.

This is a difficult question to answer as it will also depend on your industry taste. For e.g., if your intention is to work with hospitality industry, then none of these helps you and you will be better off learning Sun System.
On a personal side, I will recommend SAP as there are more companies using SAP than Oracle (with my limited knowledge)
