Dear all
If one has got registration voluntarily under sales tax law and if his turnover has not exceeded Rs.3 lacs whether it is compulsory to file accounts with sales tax or not. Kindly guide me.

one a party registered with Vat department then he should follow all rules of vat like file return timly, deposit tax, assesment etc.
