Are you a manufacturing unit of products coming under excise? Did the machinery suffer excise at the time of purchase? Did you avail CENVAT on that machinery?

time of input we availed the cenvat.another point we are going to make invoice basic +excise+ed+h.cess+vat+tcs
i want to know that tcs is charges after vat amount or before if aplicable the same forment. or tcs is liable on it or not if yes rate of the same
