Sales invoice considering (third party weight )

We are excise register manufacturing company and manufacturer of roofing sheet as per customer's requirement we are billing third party weight (Weighing Scale Weight) not considering Finished goods weight.If we do like this any problem for company.

if you sent the correct QTy. the during excise audit, stock variation will arise.

yes diff. on stock you have to pay the excise duty with penalty and interest.

Sir we are billing as per third party weight so there is no question of extra weight
