15 October 2008 Can a US entity start its sales company in India through a registered company in India(B2C)? What are the tax implication on pricing the I.T.good in India through a subsidiary company?

15 November 2008 Yes an US company can register a subsidiary company in India. From Income Tax point of view you need to take "TRANSFER PRICING (Sec.92)" while deciding the price structure between both companies.
