16 August 2013 Dear Sir,

We are planning to open a depot at other state and excise goods transfer to depot from there we are selling to customers. what is the procedure to transfer the goods and duty liable. how we can provide the Cenvat copy to Customer. Please calrify

18 August 2013 Goods will be removed after payment of excise duty from the factory. Depot will required to registered as dealer if they will pass the excise duty. Buyer can take the cenvat credit on the basis of transport copy of invoice.
