we are manufactureres Chemical products and we wish transfer old machinery (1981 to 2003 ) to our. syster concern (firm)
My qtn is whether GST IS applicable in such case our firm can claim input tax pl do the needful with rules applicable

Yes it shall be considered as a supply and gst Shall be applicable as para 5 of schedule 2.
