The trust is registered under section 12A and 80G, the trust is at Tamil nadu
it intends to sell the immovable property bought out of foreign donations
now what are the formalities to sell the property.
a. Court permission
b. approval from IT dept
c. approval from charity commissioner

If the Trust is registered in TN, then there is no Charity Commissioner. The Trust has to get approval from High Court only.
