Dear sir one of my party sold the corrugated machine in the month of April 2019. I have filed the gstr1 & 3b returns. And upload the machinery invoice with 18% gst. Plzz tell me am i right or not. Thanks in advance

If you have not availed ITC at the time of purchase of Machine , then you are right in uploading machinery invoice along with GST in GSTR1
There is different provision of calculating value for sale of old machinery , in case ITC availed
